Hi, I am Victoria!

As a woman of color and a leader for over 17 years, I know firsthand how isolating it can feel to navigate a career or business on your own. And In speaking with other leaders, I discovered that I wasn't alone in feeling this way.

Many of us are looking for a community of like-minded women who can offer support, advice, and mentorship. That's why I created Business Beyond Brunch – to fill this gap and provide a space for us to connect, learn, and grow together.

I believe that building a community of women who can lean on each other is essential to our success. Together, we can share our knowledge, expertise, and experiences, and create a more equitable, inclusive world.
